hello!
sorry for the lack of updates!
it has been almost six months since we were logged in to the data base in Lantern Lights. since then, no real forward movement to write about...
there is a big meeting taking place in Lantern Lights in the next few days (this coming Monday and Tuesday) we are hoping to have some news to update you all with in the next week or so.... there are many rumors about what will be discussed at this meeting...we are hoping it will lead to us being officially matched with Marigold!!!
in other news we just celebrated Praise's 5th family day! she has shown a lot of growth and maturity over the last month...i wonder if it has something to do with her turning 6 in a few weeks! she has been working on some areas of her life and it shows. we are proud of her.
Brother Moon is his same ol' crazy self. that kid says some of the funniest things and is for sure the family clown. i am trying to savor this age. i am afraid he will always be the baby and maybe a bit spoiled because of that.
Dew Drop has been standing and balancing unassisted for longer periods of time. we are praying that this year she will master tripod canes! two of her current phrases are, "I am!" and "Mom says!"
Shore is now halfway to 18. i know this young man can be used to do wonderful things. it is my prayer that he will hear God and look to Him. i enjoy "hanging" out with him. he is a huge help and I can not imagine how we'd get by without him!
i continue to hear wonderful things about Marigold. i'd like to pack my bags and spend a few weeks with her in Lantern Lights. would it be possible to travel by the end of this year??? things would have to move at this upcoming meeting for that to happen. praying for Mountains to be Moved. will join us in prayer? there are so many children and families stuck.... we all want to get unstuck!! ;) HELP!!
Peace Out!
Vada
PS.... pray for movement to happen during this meeting MONDAY and TUESDAY!!!

We are sure praying like crazy -- each of these waiting children deserves a faster path HOME.
